Design your own Modula Home

Are you currently quarantined at home and have a bit more time on your hands? Or are you wondering how you are going to escape once COVID-19 really flares up?

There has never been a better time to buy a Modula Home as it only takes 8 weeks to build and install one on your property. (You can read about the process here.)  As we only have three designs (forth is only days away) we may not have the floor plan that suits you. So we have created an outline to help you get started and designing your dream Modula Home.

Once you have your dream design we can meet with you (via a video call or in person however we take social distancing very seriously around here) and discuss the plan and get a quote out to you. Once you are happy with the design we will get a draftsperson to draw up the plans and then it is business as usual.
